Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Marcelle and her incredible team at Urban Pawz!

We’ve trusted Dr. Marcelle with our babies for years, and that trust means everything to us. So when my mom’s dog, Annie, needed surgery in New York, there was no question about where we wanted her treated. My mom flew down to Florida with Annie so Dr. Marcelle and team could take care of her.

That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the level of trust we have in her. The expertise, compassion, and genuine care this entire team provides are truly exceptional. They go above and beyond every single time.

Dr. Marcelle and team, you already know how much we love and appreciate you. Thank you for always taking such incredible care of our babies. We wouldn’t trust anyone else!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. It was my first time visiting Urban Pawz, and I love it. Dr. Dias and her vet assistants were absolute angels when my kitty came down with sudden digestive issues. They handled everything with so much gentleness and took us right away, getting straight to the bottom of the problem with a clear, effective treatment plan. True to her word, Dr. Dias called me later on, just like she promised, to check on how my cat was doing. You can tell how much this entire team genuinely cares about their patients. Highly recommend them to any pet parent!
